Frequently Asked Questions

I am available for engaging in parent mentoring sessions throughout the week and we will block time based on our collective discussion that would be suitable for both you and me. Once you make the payment, you can mention options for your preferred day and time in the form given on the payment page. You will receive a call to finalize on the day and time.
Sessions will be conducted in the online mode, via video or audio call. Offline appointments can be taken on case-to-case basis, depending on the need and requirement.
There is no fixed duration. The objective of each session is to dig deep and arrive at the core problem area to work out a long-term solution. Our sessions do not aim to arrive at short-term and quick fix solutions. The purpose and intent is to work on the root cause and it’s remedy.
Parent mentoring is all about the parents. We believe that to make the parenting journey as smooth as possible, it is necessary first to focus on the parents and the environment they are providing for their children. The focus will also be on the competencies required to raise the children, relevant and specific to the current scenario that is playing in the mind of the parent.

There are primarily three key stages of the first mentoring session:
1) Diagnosing and defining the problem
2) Considering the available resources and restrictions
3) Define the key focus areas and the next steps

After the first mentoring session, you may choose to enroll for more individual sessions or long-term packages.

The mentoring session is available for all parents and caregivers. The qualifying criteria is as follows:

1) Openness to listen and reflect on the mentor’s line of questioning
2) Acceptance of one’s need to change and transform for the better
3) Have trust in the process of mentoring and it’s benefits
4) Willing to follow guidelines and suggestions and work on the areas highlighted

We provide mentoring sessions. Mentoring is an experienced-based dialogue to seek advice and guidance from parents who have walked similar paths and can anticipate potential risks and harm in our ongoing journey. The wisdom shared during these interactions also pays a key role in critical decision making, problem solving and continuous learning.
